Why we built this
India runs 600+ central and state schemes for entrepreneurs. The eligibility rules contradict each other across portals. State schemes duplicate central ones. PDFs are stale. Founders waste weeks figuring out which doors to knock on. StartupIndi cuts through that with a 4-question finder and curated, plainly-written scheme pages.
What we are not
We are not affiliated with any government body, ministry, or government-run incubator. We do not file applications on your behalf. We do not charge fees. Every scheme on this site links to the official government portal where you apply directly.
How we make money
StartupIndi is currently free and unmonetised. We plan to introduce contextual, non-intrusive display advertising to cover hosting and content-maintenance costs. We will never sell your data and we do not collect personal information beyond standard analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Accuracy & corrections
Scheme rules change. Funding tiers get revised. Portals migrate. We re-verify every scheme on a rolling basis but we are not infallible — always confirm details on the official portal before relying on them for an application. Spot an error? Reach out via the contact details in our Privacy Policy and we will fix it.
